Grace be thick for the day ahead

Grace be thick as I plan what we’ll eat

Grace be thick as we each take a seat

Grace be thick as we travel in the car

Grace be thick as we push through what’s hard

Grace, Lord be thick at the grocery with my kids

On the swift drive home when there’s screaming and fits

Grace be thick as we aim to comprehend

A love that’s for us and all treacherous men

Grace, Lord, be thick

As my hearts seeks to live

A love that’s determined to always forgive

Grace be thick when you call loved ones home

Grace be thick when I feel so alone
